The 250 meter skyscraper with a view of Millenium Park was designed by Studio Gang, an architect firm in Chicago. Each of the 82 floors of the residential and hotel building has its own individual shape. The first 18 floors are reserved for hotel use, while the 60 floors above house private apartments.
