Corporate culture creates value

Respect, trust and open communication are the foundation for a strong corporate culture. That is why Geberit strengthens this value, such as through the internal communications project 'Living Geberit,' an international project that reaches around 3,000 employees, at 50 workshops and in 14 languages.

In a formal sense, Living Geberit was and is an internal further training project that instructs people employed by Geberit on the topics of brand, mission statement and values. From the workshops, they had the opportunity to glean practical and informative experiences, some of them less concrete but still powerful, and to take these back with them to the daily routine of their workplace.

The groups formulated joint solutions or discussed different ideas regarding the topics "Our History", "Brands and Values", "Our Position", "How we can strengthen our brand" or "How we work together".

Enhancing our understanding for the Geberit brand and its values was one of the goals of Living Geberit. The many positive insights and experiences contributed to taking a large step closer to this goal.
