The Sanitec share was listed on Nasdaq Stockholm between 10.12.2013-27.2.2015. The share was delisted pursuant to Geberit's public tender offer that was announced in October 2014 and completed on 11 February 2015 when Geberit acquired over 99% of Sanitec shares.
The highest and lowest share price was SEK 100,00 and SEK 62,00 respectively. In total approximately 172 million shares where traded with an average of approximately 573,000 shares per day.

Sanitec Corporation's Annual General Meeting held on 13 May 2014 authorised the Board of Directors to repurchase the company's own shares. On the basis of this authorisation, Sanitec Corporation's Board of Directors has resolved to implement a share repurchase programme under which maximum of 190,000 shares may be repurchased during period from 1 August 2014 until 20 April 2015. The purpose of the programme is to ensure that the company is able to meet its obligations arising from Sanitec’s share based incentive plan 2014 for its key employees, and to deliver the shares to participants of the incentive plan, as approved by the Annual General Meeting 2014. The repurchases take place in public trading on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.
The programme is implemented in accordance with the Commission Regulation (EC) No 2273/2003 of 22 December 2003 (the "EC-Regulation").
The total number of shares in Sanitec Corporation amounts to 100,000,000.
