The Geberit Campus reinforces Geberit's leading role in professional training within the industry. The new building in Pfullendorf offers space for practical training courses and also impresses with its architecture.

Sanitary technology is changing – and with it the way knowledge is imparted. The new Geberit Campus in Pfullendorf (Germany) shows how modern continuing education works: interactively and practically. The training centre, which opened at the beginning of February 2026, is aimed at specialists in installation, planning and architecture. The focus is on knowledge transfer. "We support our customers with practical training opportunities. The campus plays an important role as a place for knowledge exchange and partnership-based cooperation," says Cyril Stutz, Managing Director of the german Geberit sales company.

Skilled trades as the backbone of the economy

For Geberit, the qualifications of its partners are a key factor for success. Continuous training opportunities are therefore firmly anchored in the company's strategy. "Skilled trades are the backbone of our economy. This makes it all the more important to provide easy access to high-quality training," emphasises Meinolf Bürgermann, Head of Customer Training. Instead of traditional classroom teaching, the training concept focuses on a high proportion of practical work, professional exchange and small groups. Modern theory rooms enable concentrated work, while exhibition and demonstration areas illustrate technical contexts. "With our new campus, we can respond even more individually to needs," says Bürgermann.

The content focuses on topics such as drinking water hygiene, wastewater hydraulics, fire and sound protection, and digital planning and construction. Products and systems can be tested in real installation situations. In addition, e-learning courses, web seminars and tutorials are produced in the company's own TV studio. "We see the Geberit Campus as an overall concept in which didactics and architecture merge. Here we create experiences that have a lasting effect," explains Thomas Brückle, Head of Marketing and Campus Project Manager.

Three themes, three cubes

A central element of the campus are three thematic cubes: the wastewater cube shows how drainage systems work, the acoustics cube makes sanitary noises audible and provides solutions for sound reduction, and the competence cube imparts further specialist knowledge by means of digital visualisation.

The architecture, designed by Atelier Brückner, impresses with its clarity and restraint. The square – derived from the Geberit logo – characterises the shapes and design. Minimalist materials and open spaces support the basic idea of the campus: to create a platform that promotes expertise, innovation and dialogue in the industry and contributes to the professionalisation of the construction sector.
