Training apprentices is of great significance at Geberit. Young talents can start their careers at our company with a commercial, industrial or technical apprenticeship. Our aim is to impart all the skills that are required for apprentices to pursue their chosen careers in a professional, independent and responsible manner. State-of-the-art learning methods – and increasingly also digital methods – are used here.
We offer young people a wide range of different apprenticeship positions and strive to keep them at the company after they have successfully completed their training. In addition to specialist technical knowledge, we encourage proactive approaches, taking responsibility and teamwork.
During their apprenticeships, all apprentices should spend time in different departments and gain some initial insights into other Geberit plants. As a global company, Geberit promotes the internationalisation of employees. Experience abroad and the transfer of know-how are an advantage for both employees and the company.
