With BauTreff, Geberit Germany has created a customer event where the products in front of and behind the wall take centre stage together.
BauTreff – the new event format from the German sales company – is aimed at planners and installers, as well as architects, investors and wholesalers. The first BauTreff events took place in January 2016, immediately after Geberit and Keramag began selling their products as a single company.
Advisory expertise in all product areas
This joining of forces will benefit customers directly, with fewer points of contact and added security in the planning and construction process. In doing so, Geberit is pursuing a clear objective, namely to enable customers to direct their queries or issues to just one contact person who can expertly advise them on the entire range of products in front of and behind the wall.
A big hit
The event series was carried out at 39 locations throughout Germany and was attended by some 10,000 visitors. The supporting programme, which included a product exhibition and interesting presentations, was rounded off by lively exchanges among the visitors.
