Make an impact in projects
- You start at one of our production sites and get to know our corporate culture, processes and systems. You will gain an insight into our Geberit Production System – which is based on lean principles – and will soon have the opportunity to manage your first project.
- After your onboarding, you will have the opportunity to develop professionally and personally in an international environment. At another production site or in a logistics centre, you apply your knowledge, participate in projects and build up a strong network across the different locations.
- After your assignment abroad, you will return and – ideally – soon take on a responsible position in one of our international plants.
