Are you from Germany, Sweden or Switzerland? If the answers are yes, the Sales Development Programme at the European market leader for sanitary products is the right place for you to grow with us. To master our future challenges, we are looking for management talent for our sales locations in Germany and Sweden with an economic and technical background. In addition to a solid basic education, a strong interest in sales and marketing topics are important prerequisites for successful completion of the program. Just as important as your professional background is your personality and your willingness to proactively push drive issues forward.

Take an active part

  • You will start the programme at your sales location in Germany, Sweden or Switzerland, where you will experience all areas of sales during an intensive induction period. Another important aspect of the initial onboarding phase is to familiarise you with our corporate culture and processes, and in particular with our three-tier sales system.
  • In the second phase, you will gain an insight into the area of Business Sales Development to learn about sales topics from a corporate perspective. You will then spend a longer period of time (1 – 1.5 years) at another of our global sales locations, where you will gain an in-depth insights into international sales and proactively drive projects forward. You will apply the knowledge you have built up in the first phase directly to support the further development of the corresponding location.
  • Thanks to the close support of our senior management team, you will build up a valuable network at Geberit and will be able to develop both professionally and personally.
  • The aim of the programme is to take on a management position in one of our sales locations, ideally in your home country of Germany or Sweden.

Focus on professional and personal development

Fostering employees and their personal development is important to Geberit. All programme participants therefore join the regular performance management process, in which continuous feedback and development discussions take place. In addition, we offer training courses and other development measures tailored to your individual needs to promote and strengthen your personal development in a targeted manner.

The application period for the Sales Development Program starts every spring. After local pre-selection, the selected candidates are invited to an assessment centre. The programme starts in the autumn.
